After moving to Macon from Enterprise, Alabama and then working at Mercer University for several years, Pat began her Real Estate career in May, 1986. She possesses the ability to interact with clients from all walks of life and focus on helping each to fulfill their real estate goals. Enjoying all aspects of real estate, Pat can see beyond brick and mortar and into the life of a house including what it could be and how it can be tailored for her buyer clients; or, for her sellers with staging to stand out from the crowd. The results? Her sellers’ homes move faster and her buyers often find their dream home! Early in Pat’s career, she began working with builders and co-built several homes (one of which won the Parade of Homes People’s Choice Award) which led to remodeling homes, helping develop a couple of subdivisions, owning and managing several rental homes, as well as decorating and helping redesign numerous homes. She helped supervise the construction, construct and chose interior finishes of the church building where she worships. With her interest in decorating and design, Pat co-owned with her daughter, Lori, Cocoon Interiors and Gifts that was located in Downtown Macon for several years. Her astute sense of style and decorating savvy is a nice benefit to her clients. She is also a member of Central Georgia MLS in Warner Robins and Georgia MLS to further expand services to her clients. Pat’s personal philosophy is to treat others the way she would like to be treated. Her ability to really listen to her clients and truly focusing on their individual needs, makes her an outstanding Realtor. She loves the challenge of finding solutions and knowing her clients are happy. Pat attributes her success to her clients who provide consistent repeat business and are a wonderful source of referrals. Giving back to the community has always been important to Pat. She volunteers at Ronald McDonald House, and works with many of Thomaston Road Church of Christ ministries like the Food Bank, Christmas Care, Shoebox Ministry to Honduras, Camp Canaan, and others. She and her husband, Ray, have three children and four wonderful grandchildren as well as three grand dogs. Pat has always had a love for animals and is a bit of a health nut as well as enjoying gardening, reading, biking, and is always up for a movie.
