Robert C. Binion - Georgia Licensed Real Estate Instructor
When it comes to selling real estate, it’s not just Robert Binion’s job, it’s his passion! Robert has been selling real estate in Milledgeville, Lake Sinclair and surrounding areas since 1997 when he received his real estate license from the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Wanting to further his knowledge for real estate he obtained his Broker’s license from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate in 2000.
- After many consecutive successful years in real estate and earning several distinguished production awards such as Middle Georgia’s Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence, Lake Country Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and Company Awards for Top 10 Listing Agent and Top 10 Selling Agent, Robert Binion decided to share his knowledge and experience by becoming a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Instructor in 2008.
- “There’s more to real estate sales than just unlocking the door,” says Binion “you have to have a good, basic foundation in law, rules & regs, terminology. Even knowledge in financing and value of real property.” As an instructor, Robert Binion, hopes to pass along to all of his students a good foundation that will lead them to a successful career in Real Estate. He uses real life experiences so that his students will better understand the sometimes complex meaning of real estate. In class, Robert uses a variety of techniques including, group work sessions, self reading, lecture and even student presentations.

Dorothy has been licensed as a Salesperson since 1997; she gained her Instructor’s License and Broker’s License in 2004. Education has always been a special and important component in her real estate career as well as teaching.
